The Cocktail Kingdom Koriko cocktail shaker stands as a refined take on the traditional two-piece Japanese-style shaker, prized among bartenders for its clean lines and exceptional craftsmanship. Named after the Japanese term evoking a sense of elegance and precision, the Koriko is built from premium stainless steel and finished with a mirror polish that gives it a sleek, professional appearance behind any bar. Its tapered silhouette is designed not just for aesthetics but for function, allowing for a secure grip and confident handling during the vigorous shaking that cocktails like daiquiris, sours, and fizzes demand.
What sets the Koriko apart is the meticulous engineering behind its seal and pour. The two-piece construction, consisting of a tin and a cap, is calibrated to create an airtight fit that resists popping open mid-shake while still allowing for easy separation when it's time to strain. The weighted base adds stability during use, and the smooth interior surface ensures that ice and ingredients move freely without snagging, resulting in a cleaner shake and better dilution control. Bartenders who value the tactile experience of shaking will appreciate the balanced weight distribution, which reduces fatigue during high-volume service.
Beyond its performance, the Koriko shaker is a statement piece, reflecting the growing appreciation for tools that merge Japanese bartending philosophy with modern craftsmanship. Its minimalist design fits seamlessly into both classic speakeasy-style bars and contemporary cocktail lounges, making it a versatile addition to any collection. Easy to clean and built to withstand the rigors of daily use, this shaker is more than just a vessel for mixing drinks; it embodies the discipline and artistry that define serious mixology, appealing to professionals and home enthusiasts alike who seek precision in every pour.
What buyers say
Professional grade, feels incredible
I've used dozens of shakers behind the bar and this one stands out. The seal is perfect, the built-in strainer works flawlessly, and it just feels premium in hand. Worth every penny.
Beautiful and functional
Bought this for my home bar setup and I'm obsessed. The copper finish is stunning and it shakes cocktails smoothly with no leaks. Cleanup is easy too.
Great shaker, cap can be tight
Love the design and quality, but sometimes the cap gets stuck after a really cold, hard shake. Have to run warm water over it to loosen. Otherwise fantastic.
Elevated my cocktail game
This shaker makes me feel like a professional bartender. The weight and balance are perfect, and the built-in strainer is genuinely useful. Highly recommend.
Solid investment for enthusiasts
Pricier than my old Boston shaker but the craftsmanship is on another level. Slightly smaller capacity so I make drinks in batches for parties, but that's a minor tradeoff.
